We advised an affiliated entity of Second Line Brewery in New Orleans as they successfully negotiated a purchase and sale agreement to acquire the brewery and tasting patio for a space that they previously leased.  The representation included:

• advising on a right of first refusal
• review and negotiating of a purchase agreement
• drafted all purchase documents, including an Act of Cash Sale
• revising an affiliated entity lease
• issuance of title insurance for the owner and lender
• closing agent
