We advised an affiliated entity of Second Line Brewery in New Orleans as they successfully negotiated a purchase and sale agreement to acquire the brewery and tasting patio for a space that they previously leased. The representation included:
- advising on a right of first refusal
- review and negotiating of a purchase agreement
- drafted all purchase documents, including an Act of Cash Sale
- revising an affiliated entity lease
- issuance of title insurance for the owner and lender
- closing agent
