Business Law Group is proud to have represented Cross Gates Family Fitness and its affiliated entities in connection with their acquisition of two Franco's Health Club and Spa, bringing together two of the Northshore's most recognized and respected names in health and fitness.  Plans are underway for a multi-million dollar renovation and expansion of the Franco's facilities, including upgrades to fitness spaces, pickleball courts, and other amenities, with additional improvements to be announced soon.

Cross Gates Family Fitness, a family-owned operator of three health clubs in the Slidell area, purchased the Franco's locations in Mandeville and New Orleans, maintaining the Franco's brand in both locations. 

Founded in 1987, both Franco's and Cross Gates have grown into flagship institutions on opposite sides of the parish—Franco's anchoring western St. Tammany from its 80,000-square-foot campus off Highway 22, and Cross Gates serving as the leading fitness brand in Slidell and eastern St. Tammany Parish.

The acquisition ensures that Franco's and Cross Gates remain locally owned and operated, continuing their long-standing service to members, employees, and the surrounding community.
